Dear Neil and Everyone at HIFA Forum,
Very important debate about "opioid" misuse as all kind of drugs and/or psychoactive substance (by WHO definition) but... i would like to add (my 2 cents) opinion - the HUGE problem right now is with "vaping" e-cigarettes and all kind of "lung exposure" of toxic chemicals, that are almost free (very cheap) and "glamourized", sold through Internet and at almost every corner in Brazil to any teenager/adults, with no fiscalization although it is still "prohibited" by our "legal" Health system (ANVISA) in Brazil. Very "silently" spreading among the general population, and not only sold for a "minority" who can afford it> like opioids/
Once again, Health education, information and prevention of Health risks start during early Years!
Brazilian Regards,
