Dear respondent,
Jimma University is seeking rapid feedback from its stakeholders on the PhD Program in Evidence-Based Healthcare. Launched four years ago, the program has successfully enrolled four cohorts of students (bout 23 students from different institutions) and is now welcoming its fifth batch of students.
This PhD program is designed to train highly skilled experts in evidence synthesis, equipping graduates with the ability to generate secondary knowledge, conduct systematic reviews, and translate research into actionable policies. Additionally, graduates develop competencies in evidence translation, communication, implementation, and knowledge dissemination—essential skills for strengthening evidence-based decision-making in Ethiopia and beyond.
As we work to revise and enhance the program and its curriculum, your input is invaluable in ensuring its continued relevance, effectiveness, and responsiveness to evolving healthcare challenges. Your insights will help refine the program to better align with institutional, national, and global priorities.
We invite you to participate in this brief survey, which takes only 7–10 minutes to complete. The survey consists of a series of statements measured on a five-point Likert scale (Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree).
