I'm Ofelia Rambique from Mozambique and Im Family Doctor I'm so interested in this system principle on those who are related with NCD. Mocambique has increased the number of patients with NCD. Please We want to be part of this journey and I also suggest that we should create a group for having a zoom meeting to understand very well how to implement that here and also consider that most of the health centers don't have digital health registers. But Mozambique needs to start even if it is the same health units.
