I have had a quick look at this and I believe that this is an in person event only that will take place at the UN headquarters in New York / and that "participants will be asked to identify as either: [*see note below]
a representative of an ECOSOC-accredited NGO; or as a relevant stakeholder *NOT* from an organization in Consultative Status with ECOSOC. Each of the Multi-stakeholder Hearings will be a half-day event which will take place on 8 - 9 May at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, USA. These events are organized to allow relevant stakeholders to participate in any or all of the Multi-stakeholder Hearings."

[*Note from HIFA moderator (NPW): Thank you Richard for pointing out that this appears to be an in-person-only meeting in New York. The event is being live-streamed but does not appear to allow active participation virtually. This apparently makes the event exclusive to those who can travel to the US. Any multi-stakeholder consultation would normally include a process to enable virtual participation, for example through a survey. I look forward to hear more about the process.]
