We are privileged to be providing six half termly lectures to 11 and 12 year olds at an academy in Sheffield. The last one is on health portals and maybe we will include tbe concept of lifelong "patient" development through the use of patient portals.

Lecture 2. 7 million year history of hominids, technology and environment manipulation
Lecture 3. History of life scienxes and medicine
Lecture 4. The 20 chapters of the International Classification of diseases as a model for personal lifelong health management
Lecture 5. NCDs and their relationship to modern environment, retail and climate change
Lecture 6. patient portals and access to personal health records linked to health information.
Two other doctors and a general practice manager are helping with these.
