Dear All
In terms of a dietary 'movement', children would be fed what their parents consume, to a large extent. I do believe that there is no real choice for the minor. However, the child may refuse certain foods, given that children tend to be picky eaters. Overall, a balanced, nutritious diet would be the goal, irrespective of the dietary 'movement' followed.
Kind regards
