Dear HIFA colleagues,
I would like to share a recently published article in Think Global Health based on my experiences working in maternity care in Cambodia. The article discusses how simple, evidence-based system reforms—such as SOPs, checklists, and team discussions—can improve maternal outcomes in low-resource settings.
I hope this contribution may be of interest to colleagues working in similar contexts, and I would welcome reflections or shared experiences from others.
