Thank you so much for these papers. Noting that the first one includes the interesting point that GBS infection can be recurrent and that preterm birth and antenatal maternal GBS colonization were risk factors for recurrence of which parents should be aware.
As to the second, that’s very clever that the authors include a sentence for a Tweetables abstract which I”ll note here “Systematic review finds Group B Streptococcus causes up to 12.1% of stillbirths, but more research is needed.”
In regards to the question Kelli posed to the CHIFA forum, is there one thing about Group B Strep that you wish every pregnant woman and every healthcare professional understood?
