Please can you say a bit more about the effective use of patient safety concepts and methods in low resource settings? What are the similarities and differences as compared with high resource settings? Has your experience been mainly with hospitals or are you (or others) looking at patient safety in the home, in the community and/or at primary health centres. You also mention 'many really impressive projects'. It sounds like there is a lot of good experience to share.
