14 February, 2022

Dear Dr Neil,

During the hard period of COVID 19 pandemic, we understood more about the literacy in health as the basis of the health system.  I just need to thank you on behalf of Health Information For All (HIFA) ; We continue to learn and to be served every day. Weare using this information for every one including academic institutions. Thank you once again. Be blessed by God from our families.

With more than 1500 interventions, we believe, the more long sharing of the HIFA forum, and more important during a critical global emergency period.  We used this information in front-line in all aspects of WHO health system framework through six building blocks; healthcare provision, Human resources for Health, health information system, vaccine, medicine and technology, healthcare financing, leadership and governance. Several thematic were  ranked as foundation action to tackle COVID 19; emergency in frontline, healthcare provision, child health, conflict zones, ecologic disaster, lock-down and gender based violence, eye health, facemasks and barriers measures, health economic behavior, infodemic, misinformation, maternal and child health, breastfeeding, family planning, palliative care, stigma and discrimination, vaccine, etc. these informations were disseminated through social media to reach every day an increasing audience.

We know  that the HIFA platform has contributed tremendously via its members, the cost in money is inestimable but we pledge for the introduction or consideration of the HIFA framework in the global health system where every building block becomes a thematic working group. such global health system model will be ready to afford any disease outbreak in the last mile of the earth.  We also thank members for their contribution since the pandemic onset, the current involvement until the outset pandemic.
