HIFA Members may find this webinar very useful in order to see how patients - Rosie Bartel is magnificent - and their families can benefit from patient access to records and proxy (shared) access to the patient records by families or other carers.

The webinar also discusses Open Notes research and design that utilises human centred design methodologies. These methodologies start with persons for whom the services are designed, are iterative and nonlinear. The project is refining the dissemination of Open Notes, creating personas of patient proxy access users, creating patient journeys that include record access and catching new prototypes that emerge (taking irritation and changing it into innovation).
