Greetings, HIFA colleagues!
I would like to invite all of you to join us as GBS Research Connect kicks off the New Year with a webinar given by vaccine uptake expert Dr Kerrie Wiley on protecting mothers and babies from vaccine-preventable diseases!
Dr Kerrie Wiley is both a Sydney Horizons Fellow and NHMRC Emerging Leadership Fellow as well as Co-Lead of Social and Behavioural Insights in Immunisation research group, University of Sydney School of Public Health, and Sydney Infectious Diseases Institute. In this webinar, she will be sharing her expertise on "What drives vaccine uptake during pregnancy?”
Register now at https://members.gbsresearchconnect.org/Events to join us Tuesday, 20 January at 5PM EST | Wednesday, 21 January at 9AM AEDT – non-members are welcome!
With a maternal vaccine for group B strep on the horizon, this webinar will provide us with valuable insight to help prepare our communities to use this prevention strategy as well as understand what drives vaccine uptake during pregnancy in regards to other vaccine-preventable diseases.
Looking forward to you joining us!
Best!
