WHO communities of practice

28 June, 2025

Dear HIFA colleagues,

I would like to flag the WHO Patient Safety and Quality of Care Newsletter – June 2025:

https://hq_whoqualityofcareteam.cmail19.com/t/d-e-skuuljy-dyzhuuttu-w/

This includes the following item:

'Join the WHO Integrated Health Services hub (IHS hub) and its various global communities of practice! https://ihshub.org/page/home-ihs

The WHO Integrated Health Services hub and its communities of practice were launched in February 2025 to bring together three communities of practice: the Global Patient Safety Network, the Global Learning Laboratory for Quality, and the IPC [Infection Prevention Control] Global Community of Practice. We encourage you to become a member of the IHS Hub and join the communities to connect with others, share your insights with a wide audience, and contribute to collective learning.'

I am a member of all three communities and encourage you to join also. This will help to build bridges between HIFA and WHO CoPs for increased impact.

Many thanks, Neil
