Bangladesh, as well as I believe many other LMICs are no exception with varying degrees. Being associated with technical committee of Bangladesh Breastfeeding Foundation (now a days they are doing a lot of good things though with government and donors support) I had close observation through important discussions of the reports furnished from the market visits.
We all are looking forward to integrated and united initiatives from all actors engaged in promoting breastfeeding for the national cause, especially when we know the benefits proved by scientific evidence.
