Updating the child health section on our web page 'Why HIFA [and CHIFA] are needed' (2) Call for volunteer(s)

[Re: https://www.hifa.org/dgroups-rss/updating-child-health-section-our-web-p... ]

We noted 2 weeks ago that we need to identify current levels of basic healthcare knowledge and information needs among parents and health workers, to empower them to prevent and manage childhood malaria.

According to UNICEF, there are more than 1000 child deaths due to malaria each day. Many if not most of these deaths are likely associated with a failure to translate basic knowledge into practice.

CHIFA seeks one (or two) volunteers to help us identify relevant research in this area.

We anticipate this is a task that could be done within an hour or two.

If you can help, please contact me: neil@hifa.org

Best wishes, Neil
