Good day,
My name is Patrice Lazure and I am director of research at AXDEV Group Inc., a company specialized in health-related educational research, performance and quality improvement, implementation science and program evaluations. I have had the privilege of being a member of the forum for about 10 years.
We currently have an international Community of Practice (CoP) project on Performance/Quality Improvement (PI/QI) in Healthcare, targeting health systems, hospitals, clinics from the Middle East, North Africa, Asia Pacific regions.
I was wondering if it would be possible to share the message below with the members of the HIFA forum given the collaborative nature of this project and in the hopes of reaching the target audiences who would benefit from such a program:
I would like to share with other HIFA members an interesting opportunity, currently open to representatives of health systems (or hospitals, clinics - but not academic centers), from the Middle East, North Africa, Asia Pacific regions. We are setting up an international Community of Practice (CoP) project on Performance/Quality Improvement (PI/QI) in Healthcare, and are looking for professionals who would be willing to take part on behalf of their healthcare institution.
This short programme is offered through a collaboration between AXDEV Group, Dubai Health, and Pfizer, and is designed to build understanding of performance and quality improvement methods while supporting health systems in initiating and advancing improvement initiatives within their organizations. The programme is a collaborative Community of Practice (CoP) that will provide education, peer connection, and practical support by bringing together healthcare professionals with shared interests and needs, alongside experts in PI/QI.
Up to one to two (1-2) participants per organization will have the opportunity to learn, exchange experiences, and engage with relevant educational content. Enrolled participants will be offered 4-5 virtual learning sessions and will be required to participate in a programme evaluation.
Each organization affiliated with selected participants will receive an award of $10,000 USD to support the initiation of PI/QI initiatives within their organization.
The project is supported by Pfizer and delivered independently through AXDEV Group Inc., a leading international PI/QI and research organization, in collaboration with the Muhammed Bin Rashid University (MBRU) of Medicine and Health Sciences in Dubai.
We look forward to hearing from you and hope you will participate in this one-time opportunity.
If you and your organization are interested in participating in this important education and CoP opportunity, please fill out this form (https://www.axdevsurveys.com/f/41837475/bc28/) no later than March 22, 2026. Note that this opportunity is not reserved to HIFA members, so feel free to share outside your network to people who might be interested.
Thank you!
Patrice Lazure, Director of Research at AXDEV Group Inc.
Thank you,
