We are particularly interested in hearing from colleagues working in countries not listed below, as we still have limited information from many settings:
UK, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Guinea, Malawi, DR Congo, Mozambique, South Sudan, South Africa, Iraq, Pakistan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Australia and Mexico.
