Cyril Onwuelazu Uteh is Founder and CEO of Better Life for All Foundation (BLAF), a youth-led NGO serving Nigerian adolescents and youths with programmes on mental health and sexual and reproductive health. Cyril's work also focuses on promoting vaccine acceptance for pregnant women and infants, monitoring malaria prevention for children under the age of 5 years, advocating for adolescents' sexual and reproductive health and rights and sustaining grassroots awareness on drug misuse and antimicrobial resistance.
