Cardinal Rugambwa Hospital (CRH) is a healthcare facility, owned by the Board of Trustees of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Dar es Salaam and managed by the devoted Theresian Sisters, CRH has grown from a modest health unit established in 1986 in Ukonga into a fully recognized Regional Referral Hospital as of June 2022. It is a dynamic center of excellence where compassionate care meets innovation, community transformation, partnerships and research despite the limited resources.
Today, CRH stands proudly as a Safe Care Level 5 institution with an accredited laboratory at international standards, reflecting its commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
