Dear Joseph,
Thank you, well spotted: our current 'About' page does not include 'use'. An earlier draft of our 'About' page started with the sentence 'HIFA (Healthcare Information For All) is a global campaign to improve the availability and use of reliable healthcare information'. The word 'use' was inadvertently dropped when we revised the sentence to highlight our partnership with WHO: 'HIFA (Healthcare Information For All) is a global campaign working in official relations with the World Health Organization'.
As you say, the intro text on our home page says 'HIFA is a global campaign working to save lives and reduce suffering by improving the availability and use of reliable healthcare information.'
For consistency, and to restore the term 'use', I would suggest we use the same sentence 'HIFA is a global campaign working to save lives and reduce suffering by improving the availability and use of reliable healthcare information' to start the 'About' page.
