My name is Sarah Whitmarsh, and I am a PhD Candidate at UNC-Chapel Hill. I'm seeking non-profit and philanthropic communication professionals to take part in a confidential study (see below). The goal of the study is to better understand the type, scope, and motivations behind communication actions we've seen at non-profits and philanthropies in the U.S. in response to the political climate. I'd be happy to share findings of the study, once complete, with the HIFA community.

Invitation to participate in confidential survey
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Hussman School of Journalism and Mass Communication is conducting a confidential survey on changes in communication practices at non-profits and philanthropies in the United States over the last 12 to 18 months.
The purpose of the study is to better understand the type, scope, and motivations behind these changes. Would you consider participating? The survey is confidential, and responses are anonymous. It will take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete the survey.
To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old and currently work at a non-profit or philanthropy. Participation is voluntary.
