Health literacy in 2026 may promote deferred gratification alongside instant gratification. Markets and stock exchanges have a considerable trade in the sale of instant gratification-consumption. Health responds better to deferred gratification - physical, social, creative activity better than to instant gratification - consumption, though it takes more effort (mea culpa).
