I would especially like to thank Dr Meena Nathan Cherian for officially representing HIFA at the event. Meena is a HIFA Steering Group member and retired WHO staff member. The Steering Group has prepared a short statement that Meena will read aloud during the proceedings in relation to agenda item 12.7: Universal health coverage.
