The Euler-Franeker Memorial University Institute is an independent academic institute formally established within EUCLID (Euclid University), an intergovernmental treaty-based organization with a university charter.’ EULER runs MSc and PhD programmes in public health statistics and global health.

JLIA was established for the purpose of incorporating the efforts of the workers in the field of library and information, with the aim to improve the conditions and qualifications of the workers. Encouraging the creation of libraries of all types, collecting and publishing research and publications that help realise the organisation’s objectives and develop its services, establishing a library affiliated to the organisation specialised in libraries sciences, and contributing to the development of library services across the world.
