The All Japan Federation of Democratic Medical Institutions (Min-Iren), are an organization that operates over 1,800 facilities across Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and nursing homes. Our approximately 80,000 staff members and over 3.7 million members of cooperative organizations, including medical co-op members and friend's association members, work to achieve non-discriminatory and equal medical and welfare services.
