This is a very interesting initiative. Hopefully, there will be some considerations around how digitisation can help to address the following issues, among others:
- health workforce working conditions, including salaries, purchasing power and work-private life balance;
- health workforce overload with data collection and management tasks;
- improving quality of care.
Hopefully, evidence on those issues will be made available, so policies can be evidence informed.
