Supporting Integration of social accountability processes in family planning and contraceptive service provision: A resource for policy makers and programme managers

The World Health Organization, Department of Sexual and Reproductive Health developed an implementation manual to support the integration of social accountability in contraceptive service provision. The manual details how to design, implement, and monitor social accountability processes in the provision of contraceptive services. The primary audience for this product is national policymakers and program managers designing programs in member states that support the integration of social accountability in the provision of contraceptive service and information provision and Integrated, People-Centered Health Services framework.

The manual has undergone several reviews including a public consultation with an expert group. We are inviting you to provide feedback on manual through a virtual meeting planned for 4th of March 2022 between 2-4 pm Geneva time. Your feedback will be on the content of the chapters, their usability and applicability in real world settings. The writers will present key considerations from each of the chapters. Additional details about the manual and the chapters will be sent ahead of the meeting. The language of the meeting will be English.
