Thankyou for this resume' of Maurice King's work. The comment "... pointing out the major differences in healthcare when the doctor patient ratio 1s 1:100,000 rather than 1:1,000" is salient to work being done to increase patient literacy, patient portals and patient access to and/or co-ownership of their own personal health records.

We are planning a two day festival/conference *** on these issues for June 4th and June 5th. We will see if we can arrange to stream the conference for HIFA members.

(*** A festival is a well recognised social convention. Communities come together to jointly celebrate or practice common purpose. We plan to have public and citizen involvement in June with a civic festival structure for the event.)
